From starting a small coaching center for Mathematics in 1984 to establishing a highly successful group of dynamic academic institutions, Mr. A.R. Tambe has come a long way in pioneering what is today the Shraddha Group of Institutions, known best for its exceptional quality and holistic development. Mr. A. R. Tambe is living example of boundless commitment in teaching and learning. by his excellent teaching & guidance for the last several years. Mr Tambe is a just Bachelor’s in Mathematics, reflecting his passion for educating & helping young minds succeed. Mr A. R. Tambe sir has carved the careers of 30,000 students for over three decades by enabling them to take a berth in various reputed Engineering Colleges like  IIT, NIT, BITS, ISRO, IIIT, ISSER, COEP, ICT, VJTI, PICT and Medical Colleges like AIIMS, GS, GRANT, BJ, MIRAJ and Various Government Colleges and has proved to be an undisputed leader in the field of education rested on the strong pillars of Commitment, Excellence, Perfection and Innovation and has laid strong foundation of the SICD.

 

Mr A. R. Tambe Sir has explored the education field and acquired a prominent space in society for guiding thousands of students. But his start was not an easy one. Rather he had to go through a big struggle. In 1984 he started his coaching classes at Std. 8th, 9th & 10th Maths and Science subjects. He started teaching immediately after his 12th std. In 1987 he also started teaching 11th &12th standard at his living place…Kabnoor. In 1990 he shifted to Ichalkaranji city and started his coaching classes professionally and at a larger scale. Along with changing education patterns he kept on upgrading himself and guided students for achieving the best results. Gradually students from nearby villages and the outskirts of Ichalkaranji approached Tambe sir for taking guidance. Ultimately in 2010 he started Science Academy. i.e. SICD.

 

The Institute is the enlargement of great vision to display the best teaching ability and rich experience to strive the students to make there cherished dreams, a breath taking reality and shape the destiny of students as Engineers and Doctors.
